At Chickano’s we source our birds from small local free range farms to ensure consistency and freshness. All chickens are marinated for 24 hours before hitting the grill where they are grilled on a low flame for 30 minutes. During this process the chicken is brush basted with the home made traditional Portuguese sauce of your choice. They are then rested for a further 30 min and finally fired up on high heat once more for 6 minutes to crisp the skin.
